Bright Table was built for brands with taste—and not just the kind you can eat.
After years working inside food, hospitality, and CPG brands—from global names to local legends—I started this consultancy to offer something most founders don’t get: thoughtful, flexible marketing support that actually fits.
I’ve worked with Hershey and Jolly Ranchers. Diageo and Hain Celestial. Alba Botanica and Avalon Organics. Punch Bowl Social, Rosetta Hall, Kiehl’s, Panera—and more than a few pop-ups, soft openings, and food halls along the way. I even got my start writing for 5280 Magazine’s food section.
The common thread? These are people feeding their communities. Often under pressure. Always under-resourced. And rarely with the kind of marketing support built to move with them.

I’m Chelsea Meier—a marketing strategist with a Swiss Army knife skill set, working closely with scrappy, values-driven founders and operators. The kind of people who are smart, kind, results-focused, and doing the real work. The kind of people I want to help grow.
